At Owl Street Beauty, every product is handcrafted with intention, care, and high quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, including body care and fragrance items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please email us at zandriabrown@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or store credit.

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Our products are made with a variety of natural and fragrance ingredients. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase. Owl Street Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We recommend performing a patch test before full use.

All purchases made at pop up shops, markets, or in person events are final sale. We encourage customers to test products and ask any questions before completing their purchase.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
