At Owl Street Beauty, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During high volume periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Owl Street Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the package resent.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Owl Street Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email here] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped.
